A Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins with a Single Step.
A foodie find.
A new musical favorite.
A hidden-gem travel destination.
The Pacific Northwest is rich with discovery opportunities and our magazine will guide locals and visitors alike to the very best of it all.
Those of us lucky enough to call the Pacific Northwest home know the thrill of rounding a bend on a mountain pass to discover a breathtaking view of the Cascades. Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Vancouver, B.C. are among the most beautiful and culturally rich cities in the world. From the ocean, to the mountains, to the forests, canyons and desert, our region is so expansive and diverse there is always something new to discover.

The Journey
Our bi-monthly magazine will be available in print, by subscription and on newsstands around the Northwest, in early 2013. A digitally enhanced edition, including videos produced by local Emmy and Associated Press award-winning journalist Rick Dancer, will be available for the iPad.
Our website, MilesTravelMag.com will feature new content daily and cover topics as broad as food & drink, sports, the outdoors and more.
We’re immensely proud to call the Pacific Northwest home. We feel privileged to share the places and stories we discover with you.

Who is Miles Magazine’s target market?
Our magazine focuses on travelers who are willing to be exposed to learning and becoming immersed in the culture of a new place. Miles Magazine is also of interest to locals looking to break out of their stale routines and discover or learn something new in the place they live.
Demographically speaking — with our strong commitment to the web, social media and tablets like the iPad — our readers tend to be young professionals in their 30’s, 40's and 50’s. They are affluent and tend to travel with family and friends. They seek out more than a means to escape, traveling also as a way to learn and expand their world view. They also tend to be influential within their network of friends, colleagues and extended family.
